Ben was VERY EXCITED

{And so was the plasma #nerdjoke!}

when he found his old plasma ball during our half term clean up.

Ok - so, she played the maid.

When rehearsals started last summer she wasn't well - 

so she swapped to a small part - and also took on the (very complicated) props role.

But honestly - her comic turn (inspired by Mrs Overall?) was fantastic - 

and the whole production was just first class!

Back to Sheffield

Megs went back to Sheffield for an applicant open day - 

{I tagged along on the train, and spent lots of time in cafes studying 

while she did the talks and tours.}

We can officially announce that Megs  has decided..........

that Sheffield is the place for her. 

She's accepted the offer -

now she just has to get the grades!

 Day trip to London -

another morning in Foyles chatting and reading with Jonathan, Karen and Katherine -

Lunch at a random Pret

A walk through China town looking at the New Year decorations

And a stroll through Covent Garden

After saying goodbye - 

we went to see the lay "Red Velvet" at the Garrick.

What to say?
Adrian Lester was just as amazing as you would expect - 

Megs was reduced to a sobbing heap - 

and I gave one of my rare standing ovations. Fantastic!

I'm ill - Tracy is ill.

We are staggering to the end of term.

Today Megs wanted her her cut ready for New York -

so I went along to the salon too and......
