We are just back from a few days staying with Uncle J and Auntie K in Chadwell Heath. We have had a great time - but we are all now totally worn out!
Time for cuddles on the train
It was rather wet and wild - so we went to the Natural History Museum (along with virtually every other family in the capital!). B discovered this rather fetching hat in my pocket - modelled here with an Ichthysaur.
M was facinated by the beautiful and elaborate stone carvings that cover the building
B was ost impressed by the giant moving T Rex - and these wicked teeth
Honestly - we did visit the dinosurs for the children's benefit and not mine (really we did - look how happy they are!)
Recharging batteries half waythrough the dinosaur exhibit - I have never seen it so busy
All worn out - Uncle J does sterling work in the carrying department - and just look at B's grin!
