Our second theatre production of the holiday was a long awaited trip to see War Horse.
We bailed off a very crowded Central Line Train at St Pauls - wandered past the cathedral -
and down to the Millenium Bridge to see the Olympic Rings on London Bridge
We walked through the city to Drury Lane
where we were stunned by the emotional impact of this amazing play.
Ben followed the story perfectly - and was most upset by the way Albert was betrayed by his father when Joey the horse is sold to the army.
Megs "appreciated" the young actors -
and Al and I fell in love with the John Tams arranged music!
