Christmas Day Tears....
... from a heartbroken Megan
as Matt Smith regenerated in the Christmas Day episode of Dr Who.
We knew it was going to happen -
and we are excited to see what Peter Capaldo will be like in the role -
but it is still so sad to see.

I finally got to the Christmas Markets...
... working full time means no trips out in the week -
so the day after school finished for Christmas we were off to Manchester -
and after some shopping we saw the fabulous Frozen at the Printworks.
4 days left to Christmas!

The very wettest evening...
.... to be helping collect with the Rotary Father Christmas Float.
There was rain, more rain, wind, torrential wind, a mini gale and finally a hail storm!
But the little children {and quite a lot of adults} were delighted to see Father Christmas
And those who dared open their doors were very generous -
and fortunatly Megs and Ben could bail out early as we passed our house -
so definatly worthwhile!
{Photo before the rain arrived!}

Christmassy Sunday at Liverpool One
It was a busy morning at FMC - I led worship as the children
{not mine - they are too old - sob}
did their Nativity Play.
Then off to Liverpool One for lunch at GBK -
some present shopping
and then watching The Hobbit: The Desolation of Smaug -
with lots nad lots of lovely Elvish action!

Mojo
A Pre-Christmas day trip to London -
With a morning spent at Covent Garden
Lunch at Steak & Co
{Seeing this in the New Year}
A quick wonder around the National Gallery Sainsbury Wing
{keeping a close eye out for hidden Zygons}
And the main event -
Seeing the matinee of Mojo
{starring all of Megan's lovely young men}
Very rude very violent and very funny.
Megs was a bit disappointed that there was no signing after the performance -
But a festive stroll up a very {very} crowded Regent Street made up for it.
Home by 9pm - tired and happy.
