Question? How do you get a wriggly, autistic 8 year old to sit through a family concert at the Philharmonic?
Answer? You play music from all his favourite TV shows and films! Genius!

Auntie S got us tickets (THANK YOU!) - and B was entranced. Music from Doctor Who, Star Trek, Star Wars, Back to the Future, Futurama... He was into it all!

After the concert he even wanted to go and talk to Alasdair Malloy, who presented the concert in a rather fine Doctorish manner.

He loved going to talk to all the DW monsters - courtesy of the Hyde Fundraisers group.

I am soooo happy to see him react like this :)

Though he did try to take the Judoon's gun!

There were lots of SW characters around too - B ignored Boba Fett and headed straight for Vader and a trooper - he showed them his best Vader breathing.
