A quick Instagram run down of our beautiful day walking with the giants.
Waiting for an early morning train....
... in position on the Strand, waiting for the Little Girl Giant to come...
... first came Xolo - the Little Girl Giant's dog.....
... then the Little Girl herself came - riding on her boat...
... after she'd passed by we followed her to Liverpool One where we took a breakfast break...
... we caught up with the Little Girl again outside the Courts where she was playing with children, and raced through the back streets to meet her again at the Pier Head...
...while the Little Girl slept, we went up to St Georges Hall,
to wait for her Uncle Giant who arrived to cheers and applause...
... before he sat down, took off his helmet and fell fast asleep.
We would have loved to stay, watch the giants wake up, and finally meet in the evening,
but we had a family party to get ready for.
