I'd planned a 4 mile walk starting from Redesmere -
I hadn't planned on it being 29 degrees!
It really was too hot for walking -
{Ben declared it far too hot for shirts}
so we found a creafty short cut back to the mere and the ice cream van!
Afterwards we had a lovely tea at the Crown pub in Goostrey
